Replied last February 25, 2016I'm glad I was able to get the possession of drug charges downgraded from indictable charges in Superior Court to disorderly persons offenses in Municipal Court, and then get you into a diversionary program so as to avoid any guilty plea or conviction altogether. After the program is completed in 6 months the charges will be dismissed.
