I am 17 and have a provisional license. I just got two tickets, one for careless driving and another for obstruction. What's going to happen to me? Will my license get revoked? Can I drive up until my court date? I think careless driving is only 2 pts and I don't think there's any pts for obstruction. Will my provisional period be extended? I'm going to court with a lawyer. Is there any way I can avoid any of these consequences?
You cannot receive 0 points with your license. But your total is 2 and MVC will not bother unless it is 4. Listen to your attorney.
If your lawyer can get your case delayed till after you get a full license, good chance of zero points.
