Hasan Abul Bajwa

I never thought I would be in any real trouble in my life. I knew I was not guilty of what the DA wanted to charge me with. I was terrified and felt that because of the charges, nobody would ever hear or believe my account of the circumstances the night I was arrested. Hasan Bajwa, my Public Defender... did so much more than believe me. He believed in me. He was honest, knowledgeable and fearless. Hasan fought hard for me and I believe, genuinely cared. Mr. Bajwa represented me in a DUI case. I was fighting my case for 13 months, and 3 weeks before my trial my Attorney was moved. Mr. Bajwa came in to represent me and we only had 3 weeks to prepare before trial. He prepared himself to the representation I wanted. He was very focused on my case and s...tudied it well. He gave a very strong argument to the Witness, the Expert Witness, Officers, and the District Attorney. Although we didn't get the charges dismissed, I was very pleased with the outcome, 80% not guilty. Mr. Bajwa gave 110% at my trial and kicked the DA's butt.
