Hasan Abul Bajwa

I came to Hasan Abul Bajwa with the charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance. I was completely honest with Hasan about what happen and he really stepped up for me. Even with the DA was offering a lesser charge Hasan wouldn't settle and got my case dismissed. He even got my attorn...eys fees waved. Truly a blessing to have had him as my public defender. I had a DV case that was over a year old. I had been switched Public Defenders. Mr. Bajwa listened to what I had to say. He advised me what to do and he helped get my case dismissed. He spoke up on behalf of me when I tried to tell the judge I couldn't come back the next day because I live 2 hrs away.... He really helped me a lot. The case I had was with my wife of 6 yrs. after a fight after a lot of alcohol. It was a misunderstanding that the courts blew up into something else.
