Hasan Abul Bajwa

This was hands down the best public defender I've had in a long 20+ year life of being in and out of the justice system..... I had the local police do an illegal search warrant on my house and side a firearm that was legally kept by its registered owner in their safe.... The officer who searched ran... my name and found me to be a felon, and further told me if I didn't "cooperate" with him he was gonna charge me with the gun and ammo anyways ..... Well I chose not to.... And 3 months later I was sitting in jail for felony charges . I only was locked up 14 days and on my preliminary hearing my lawyer cross examined the officer on the stand and eHasan Abul Bajwaasily pointed out all the holes in their "weak" , at best, case ...all charges were dismissed and I was released the same night without further incident ... A case like this in the hands of the wrong council tho could have gone horribly wrong and land somebody in prison for something they are innocent of

This guy is amazing at what he does. He goes to court like he's the one gonna do time. He makes you feel like "we're in this together". He refused to take a plea deal for my case what so ever and not because I didn't wanna take one, but because he didn't let me. He fought for me like a parent would d...o for a child. And to top it all off, he got my case dismissed. It was his unwillingness to give in to the system and become another statistic that makes you feel like he really cares about the outcome and it shows. Hands down, the best attorney I've ever had and the only attorney to fight for you till the very end. He takes you under his wings and protects you with his knowledge and will make you feel whole again, when you feel you are broken. This guy knows his stuff!!

Mr. Bajwa was an attorney appointed to me by the State of California in a serious Criminal case of mine. Mr. Bajwa was far from that to say the least! Since day one Mr. Bajwa went above and beyond for me. I honestly gave up hope before I even intially sat down with him. And Mr. Bajwa was able to get my remaining felony charge dropped to a 2 degree misdemeanor, and also work out an agreement with the prosecution to give me time served and No monterary obligation towards the court. I went from facing 20 years in prison. To getting what I rightly deserved because I was an Innocent man. Mr. Bajwa is the most amazing attorney I have ever had the privilege of meeting. I have paid $15,000 on one occasion for representation, and I was no where near as satisfied with that big wig attorney as I was with Mr. Bajwa... I give him a perfect attorney rating. In the future I would pay top dollar for representation.
