Saif Hafeez Rahman

Unfortunately my son has had a long history getting in trouble with the law and we had never hired him a private attorney before. We would always use a public defender, and sometimes they were helpful, but other times they didn't seem to care about his case or my son as a person, especially because h...e already had a bad record. Saif was actually one of his public defender's maybe seven or eight years ago, and we remember what made him different was how much he seemed to care, his honesty, and the fact that he gave us his cell phone number, it was unlike any other public offender my son had ever had. He was able to not only negotiate a very fair deal but convince the district attorney to change the charge so my son wouldn't have a strike. My son did a pretty good job of staying out of trouble for a few years after that but unfortunately he had a substance-abuse issue and he got arrested again last year. Because of his record, the district attorney charged him with a felony. He was facing state prison and had a public defender. We asked the public defenders office about having Saif appointed on the case but they told us he had left the office and started his own private practice. After finding his information we set up a consultation and I was so happy to see he was the same honest, knowledgeable, and caring attorney that helped my son many years ago. Although we now had to pay for his services, I couldn't be happier and would honestly have paid double what he quoted after seeing the results he got. My son's case was dismissed out right, and although it was a long process, Saif told us it would be, he kept us informed of everything that was happening, all of the options we had and contingencies he had set up. He also help to get my son enrolled in a drug rehab program which not only help convince the district attorney to dismiss his case but also has helped him immensely. He has now been sober for the longest period of his adult life and I really thank Saif from the bottom of my heart. His skills, his knowledge, his honesty, and his abilities not only have helped save my son but have really heled tighten our family. God bless him

Saif was a godsend after my arrest. He thoroughly explained to me all that was ahead of me and he laid out all the possibilities that can happen with my case. Saif was there every step of the way and was in constant contact. After it was all said and done, he was able to get my case dismissed. Ca...n't praise Saif enough.

I was arrested for domestic violence and elder abuse and after several court appearances and ten long months, Saif Rahman got my case dismissed. Which was easily the best day of my life. Not having a clue as to how to find a good defense attorney, I used this site to set up several consultations. ...Saif wasn’t the cheapest, nor was he the most expensive but he was the only one who didn’t try to scare me or intimidate me in any way. He is a genuinely nice guy and a true professional. He was also the only lawyer I talked to who could rattle off all the key players at the courthouse connected to my case, something I was advised to look for when retaining someone. I think he’s well-respected around Orange County courts and his own experience as a former public defender, and his good working relationships with the DA’s go a long way for his clients. At several points, Saif could've settled for a lesser plea, earned his money and walked away with a clear conscience.  And still receive a decent review from me as I just wanted to accept any offer and be done with the ordeal, for better or for worse. (Maybe I’m a wimp, but extensive legal situations are extremely depressing and stressful--a sincere “hang in there!” to anyone in this situation, reading through reviews right now). Fortunately for me, Saif refused to accept anything less than a dismissal and he never once wavered in his overall commitment to my case. He literally would not let me give up on myself and thanks to him, there are no convictions on my record and I am not sitting in an expensive anger management class right now and missing yet more days of work. There really aren’t sufficient words to express my gratitude to Saif--he preserved my record, my future and most definitely my sanity. Apologies for the long review but I simply cannot recommend him enough.

I hired Saif Rahman because I was charged with a second DUI. I was extremely afraid of the outcome but Saif made it less stressful for me. The common consequences for a second DUI is at least 30 days jail time, which for me was not possible because I work and go to school full-time. Saif got me fou...r days jail time which ended up being just two days (half sentence). Saif put the time and afford in my case to give me the minimum sentence possible. He constantly kept me informed with anything new. All the questions I have he knew the answer. When I needed to contact him, He was easy to get a hold of. I definitely would recommend him to anyone that needs an efficient and effective Attorney.
