Hasan Abul Bajwa

Hasan was every bit of amazing! I acquired him through the court system as I was not able to hire a personal attorney. Little did I know that this man specialized in domestic violence cases. The first day I met him he told me that DM cases where his specialty and that he had not lost yet, just hea...ring those words put me at ease as my partner of 10 years who put me in the situation was just destroying my life on every aspect. After many court dates and what could have ended up with a large fine, jail time and your community service, everything was dropped and I received a ticket for noise. I had a DV case that was over a year old. I had been switched Public Defenders. Mr. Bajwa listened to what I had to say. He advised me what to do and he helped get my case dismissed. The case I had was with my wife of 6 yrs. after a fight after a lot of alcohol. It was a misunderstanding that the courts blew up into something else.
