Hasan Abul Bajwa

Mr. Bajwa was an attorney appointed to me by the State of California in a serious Criminal case of mine. Mr. Bajwa was far from that to say the least! Since day one Mr. Bajwa went above and beyond for me. I honestly gave up hope before I even intially sat down with him. He took the time to liste...n to my side of the story, as well as my concerns and expectations in my case and his representation for me. We went to a preliminary hearing to determine if I will have to answer to the State Of California to some serious felony charges I was being accused of.... Mr. Bajwa stated to me before the hearing that 90% of the time court appointed criminal defense attorneys lose these types of hearings to the Prosecution.. In that hearing alone Mr. Bajwa was able to get 2 serious felony charges I was facing eliminated, and preformed in the most amazing way I have ever experienced. It was something out of a movie. I didnt even know how to react at the time. After that we went to a pre trial conference. And Mr. Bajwa was able to get my remaining felony charge dropped to a 2 degree misdemeanor, and also work out an agreement with the prosecution to give me time served and No monterary obligation towards the court. I went from facing 20 years in prison. To getting what I rightly deserved because I was an Innocent man. Mr. Bajwa is the most amazing attorney I have ever had the privilege of meeting. I have paid $15,000 on one occasion for representation, and I was no where near as satisfied with that big wig attorney as I was with Mr. Bajwa... I give him a perfect attorney rating. In the future I would pay top dollar for representation.

Hasan was every bit of amazing! I acquired him through the court system as I was not able to hire a personal attorney. Little did I know that this man specialized in domestic violence cases. The first day I met him he told me that DM cases where his specialty and that he had not lost yet, just hea...ring those words put me at ease as my partner of 10 years who put me in the situation was just destroying my life on every aspect. After many court dates and what could have ended up with a large fine, jail time and your community service, everything was dropped and I received a ticket for noise. I was never so grateful to have this part of my life behind me as well as the partner of 10 years. And I hope for any woman in my situation that they are able to retain Hasan as their attorney because I know that he will do everything to win a case. To say how grateful I am for him would never be enough, he is definitely good at what he does and I wish him a long fruitful career. Mr. Bajwa was great. He knew what he was talking about and kept well informed of my case. And with his knowledge we were able to beat the case.
