I hired frank Mann because they told me my case would be easy to win they told me over and over they have never lost a case with a month we trying to get her child back. But not we're they wrong I sent so many emails and so many phone calls try always went unanswered at every court date it was the so...mething Jessica didn't care and you could tell each time by her actions and how quickly she left after our case was unsigned or reset cause she had to hurry to another case or just was ready to leave and not deal with my case. I can't believe I spent so much time and money in this crappy what they call "law firm" they all are no good and helped me not a single bit when it was my final trial day not even a week ago they just wanted to let me deal with losing my son for the next two years. I now had no choice cause they never stood up for me or let me speak my mind and let the court know the tut try just expected me to let my ex tell his lies and let the judges believe all he said.. Now I'm fuked for the next two years without my son I for recommend this "firm" at all what so ever for anyone they all suck and are all cocky and don't care about anything but money!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I usually am not the one to leave bad ratings however felt that this one needed to be done. I hired Frank to be my lawyer in 2013 and had him withdraw from my case in 2014 because nothing was getting done on my case. Out of 8 months of trying to work with him, I NEVER met him, even when scheduled an ...appointment to meet with him himself. The staff was very rude and claimed that I "owed" them money because they lost all my original paperwork. I had to go in personally and show them my bank statements proving I had been giving biweekly payments. Avoided my phone calls or would put me on hold and never pick back up. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER AT ALL! Horrible communication and horrible service.

So we met with Franks paralegal and of course she told us all the right things to get our money.Here we are 3,500 dollars latter and have yet to met our own attorney. We have a geo restriction case and are trying to admend the divorce decree. Here are just a few things to expect if you hire this law ...firm. First don't expect a return phone call from anyone. Don't expect them to even spell their own clients names right on court documents. Don't expect respect or kindness. Don't expect them to call and tell you a court date was canceled. I guess they figured we would know when no ones attorney showed up. Here is what you can expect. Disrespect, unprofessionalism, no emails returned, no phone calls returned, and DONT ever expect to met your attorney his always busy. Might as well throw 3,500 out the widow of you hire these guys!

Attorney Mann was a tremendous help during my child support case. He treated me not just like a client, but as a friend. I never got the feeling that I was “just another case”; Attorney Mann treats every client as if they were his only client. He was a great help to me and my family, every step of... the way. He was knowledgeable, patient, and completely professional; and he helped me stay that way too. When you are in the middle of a family law case, especially a child support, custody or modification, it is often because you have been betrayed by someone you trusted and it’s good to know you can at least trust your attorney. Frank explained how things would proceed and his staff kept me informed each step of the way. Tina was extremely helpful. The total cost was reasonable base...d on the time that he and his staff spent on my case. His firm bills in only six-minute increments. The whole procedure took about five months but he was able to get me legal papers stating that my grandchild was to live with me in forty-five days from the day I hired him. I couldn't be happier about the results. I recommend his law firm to anyone I know needing legal help with a family law case.
