Frank E. Mann III

I hired Mr. Mann a few years ago. I never got to speak with him or any other attorney at any point during my case - only his parallegals. They were disorganized and rarely returned phone calls or emails. He was unprepared for court and I fired him (my only interaction with him). I was left to negotia...te on my own with my ex wife's attorney who screwed me royally. When I told him I was considering filing a complaint with the bar association, he gave me a refund. If you look at all of his earlier reviews they are mostly negative. He later seems to start making a concerted and calculated effort to acquire positive reviews to bury all of the bad ones.

I am extremely satisfied with the representation the Law Offices of Frank Mann provided me in my child custody case. Frank handled my case with the assistance of his paralegal, Tina. I always felt that he and Tina listened to what I had to say and they were always honest with me. Mr. Mann told me wha...t to expect, the strong points of my case and the problem parts. He told me about the things that could go wrong and the things that could go right. He seemed to know everyone in court and they knew him. He was able to get me what I needed. He negotiated an agreement for me which I was very happy with. His fees were reasonable compared to what my child’s father paid. I worked with Tina a lot and she responded to my emails and calls within the time she said she would. I would highly recommend Mr. Mann as an attorney in a child custody case.

As a grandmother I was scared to death about the long road ahead of me to get custody of my grandchild, with all the horror stories I had heard. Frank explained how things would proceed and his staff kept me informed each step of the way. Tina was extremely helpful. The total cost was reasonable base...d on the time that he and his staff spent on my case. His firm bills in only six-minute increments. The whole procedure took about five months but he was able to get me legal papers stating that my grandchild was to live with me in forty-five days from the day I hired him. I couldn't be happier about the results. I recommend his law firm to anyone I know needing legal help with a family law case.

Frank Mann represented me in court twice now for modification and enforcement issues. He has successfully put my ex in his place several times now, and it has been a great relief to see him show such good defense in protecting my children's rights along with mine no matter what my ex wants start. I h...ave dealt with my ex dragging me to court from another state unjustly and constantly violating our order but Frank has ensured vindication each time. Mr. Mann's demeanor has always been professional and encouraging towards me, but much more knowledgeable, concise and confident when he defends me in court. Communication is very uplifting both from his office staff and himself. I realize I am not always his main priority as he has many clients and cases going on, so I make sure to be proactive and prepared as well as giving him maximum amount of time to handle my requests or any actions this combination has worked vert successfully as everything is always done in a timely manner by him and his staff. I am so grateful to have found such a great lawyer who gets results and works with me all the way. I will continue to use Frank in the future. I would also like to add he has very reasonable rates especially for the 30 years of experience you get he has always worked with me which was a great comfort as the circumstances of my case were already stressful.
