Very disappointed.

I spoke to him by phone, said he thought he could help me. He said what I needed was right in his wheelhouse. I paid the consultation fee and came in for the consultation within a week of my call. However after paying the $350, he said he would be unable to help me. He said I was too emotional and th...at what I needed seemed to important to me. He said he had promised his staff he wouldnt taken timely cases because he wouldn't want to burden them. He didn't want me to expect a guarantee, but would ultimately take my case for a fee of $5,000. He said he was fearful I'd file a complaint if he didn't succeed in my case. I was very hurt and upset by this consultation, I definitely do not feel it was worth the $350.

I regret the bad experience, and I'm sorry the reviewer was upset after our consultation. I declined this case for reasons which were strictly based on my legal analysis of the law and the evidence. I understand the reviewer was disappointed that I would not immediately initiate litigation and I am sorry my firm was unable to undertake her representation.

Compensation is to an employee like peace of mind is to Housh law team.

Just as one is due compensation after working hard to make their organization meet its goals, peace of mind is what one gets working for fairness with Frank and his team. Frank just knows his stuff. Honest, fair, and a win-win negotiator, Frank knows the law, knows the difference between right and wr...ong, and recognizes good or bad intentions.

If I could give zero I would

Frank was hired to represent my son at his school for obtaining educational services. First impression- he was disheveled and late. We paid a flat fee up front. When the time came for a school meeting, Frank did not show up nor did he respond to our requests made by text, email and calls for him to b...e there. He blamed all miscommunication on his staff. He did not help us at all except cause more stress to an already stressful situation we were seeking help with. We requested our money back and he agreed but then ignored us for over a year. Finally we were able to file a claim to get our money back over 2 years after we first sought his counsel. Seems he is more of a criminal lawyer not a child advocate. I do not recommend him as a child advocate.

I regret the bad client experience in this case. The client expectations were very high and I must respectfully disagree that nothing was accomplished.

SO THANKFUL

So thankful for Mr. Housh!! After hiring and firing my first two lawyers, I finally found a lawyer that gave me confidence and optimism about my felony case. Instead of years in prison, as I was looking at, he got me probation and I have been able to be free and continue taking care of my kids.. So s...o so thankful google took me right to him!!

Was honest and open

Met with Frank after I had been let go from a job due to a previous employers non compete. Although at this point there was not much to be done, he offered some great advice for how to handle in the future. Really appreciated the honest answers.
