I spoke to him by phone, said he thought he could help me. He said what I needed was right in his wheelhouse. I paid the consultation fee and came in for the consultation within a week of my call. However after paying the $350, he said he would be unable to help me. He said I was too emotional and th...at what I needed seemed to important to me. He said he had promised his staff he wouldnt taken timely cases because he wouldn't want to burden them. He didn't want me to expect a guarantee, but would ultimately take my case for a fee of $5,000. He said he was fearful I'd file a complaint if he didn't succeed in my case. I was very hurt and upset by this consultation, I definitely do not feel it was worth the $350.

Frank was hired to represent my son at his school for obtaining educational services. First impression- he was disheveled and late. We paid a flat fee up front. When the time came for a school meeting, Frank did not show up nor did he respond to our requests made by text, email and calls for him to b...e there. He blamed all miscommunication on his staff. He did not help us at all except cause more stress to an already stressful situation we were seeking help with. We requested our money back and he agreed but then ignored us for over a year. Finally we were able to file a claim to get our money back over 2 years after we first sought his counsel. Seems he is more of a criminal lawyer not a child advocate. I do not recommend him as a child advocate.

As a business teacher who teaches this type of subject to students, my conversation with this individual went south real quick. Do your research!!! Right away he had many strikes. He could not communicate well and was very arrogant. If you are looking for an attorney to depend on or one to go to batt...le with, PLEASE find someone else. An individual should feel comfortable with the attorney you chose.. He is not the only attorney out there. You are setting yourself up to be stressed when push comes to shove. Right from the get go, he was arrogant, rude and seemed as though he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Bad communicator. Look else where and save yourself the time while not getting frustrated with this kind of individual who should have projected himself professionally in a civil way.

I hired Mr. Housh early 2016 for a Disability Case against the City of Buffalo. It has still. It been resolved not do I get phone calls. When I go to scheduled appts I feel that I am being rushed and the issue is not resolved . I recently contacted the office to get my paperwork that he was given r...eturned because I know I cannot Get my retainer back. I wish this could have ended better but communication was everything to me . He was my attorney that I put trust I him but I cannot get a response when I am checking on my case.

Mr. Housh would not answer his phone or be present in court for my case. He would always try apologize and move away or rush me out of the door when asked on specific details regarding my case.
