I called Frank regarding a “possible” discrimination case. He took the time to explain the pros, cons, positive and negatives that would be involved moving forward. We had several meetings at his office, and each time, I left feeling better than I did when I walked in. Frank and his office manager, Christa, really care about their clients. We (myself and the 2 other women) won the lawsuit, and the joy that I heard in both Frank and Christa's voices when I spoke to them after just finding out we had won, was such a great feeling.
