Excellent lawyer

I consulted him about the landlord's lease agreement as well as my current situation at the house i'm renting and how to address the health violations that me and my family are subjected to at the house. He is highly experienced and attended to the matter swiftly and caringly.

Very Informative

Amil always called me back and was very informative when I had some questions about purchasing real estate in Buffalo. I will definitely use him the next time I need a lawyer!

Very professional

Attorney Amil Sarfraz was quick and efficient with a closing recently. He answered all my questions and had all the paperwork ready to go. The process was seemless. I would use him again.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

Im very surprised of the good feedbacks he has, I guess at one time he was good.. I've had the WORST experience of my life with Amil.. He had me waiting 90 days for my Search & Survey every time I call him, he had a different excuse, than I find out he NEVER had ordered Search & Survey, I fired him.....

Professional and Knowledgable

Amil was very helpful with my case. He broke down the pros and cons in a way that I could see clearly and gave me options to what would be the best decision for me. He is a very sincere and caring individual who is extremely reliable and hardworking. I would highly recommend him!
