Frank Thomas Housh

Frank's approach from my first meeting was extremely personal and professional at the same time. I was quickly impressed with his caring demeanor and confident voice. Frank's vast experience and sound advice quickly convinced me he was the right person do defend my case. I was not wrong. A year ago I contacted attorney Frank Housh for a consultation regarding my FMLA and circumstances surrounding it. At the consultation, I shared with him my story and supporting documents. Throughout the consultation, Mr. Housh was a good listener, considerate, kind, and understanding--favorable qua...lities that remained throughout our interactions over the next year. Mr. Housh provided me with some realistic options for my situation and clearly communicated to me his legal fees. For the next year, Mr. Housh represented me well. He advocated on my behalf with counsel, putting into place protections for me and ultimately negotiating my separation agreement. It was a slow process, as legal processes can be, that involved Mr. Housh’s legal prowess and patience. Mr. Housh had numerous phone calls and email exchanges with counsel and with me. In the end, Mr. Housh negotiated a fair separation agreement for me and saw it through to the end. I’m glad that I retained Mr. Housh as my attorney. I highly recommend him with this caveat: “Understand that you might not get everything that you wanted but you will be much better off than you were without Mr. Housh as your attorney.” I have the utmost respect for Mr. Housh and regard him as a highly competent, trustworthy, and thoughtful attorney.

Finding a good lawyer online is difficult; you want someone who will listen to you, someone you can trust, someone who will represent you with passion, confidence and determination. Frank is that someone! He represented myself , as well as 2 other women, in a sexual harassment and discrimination laws...uit against Stellar Dental Care. When I met Frank for our consultation, I was amazed at how intently he listened to what I had to say, how he did not make light of what had happened to me, and how he made me feel at ease so quickly. We had several meetings at his office, and each time, I left feeling better than I did when I walked in. Frank and his office manager, Christa, really care about their clients. We (myself and the 2 other women) won the lawsuit, and the joy that I heard in both Frank and Christa's voices when I spoke to them after just finding out we had won, was such a great feeling.
