Great lawyer and wonderful person.

Frank Housh represented me in an unemployment appeal case. He was organized and provided great legal representation. Frank is compassionate and shows a true concern for the well-being of his clients. Thank you so much for caring and representing me.

Professional, knowledgable and kind

I hired Frank because he was knowledgeable, encouraging, professional and kind during a time when my world was being turned upside down. I have been a professional for over 20 years, and have had a flawless work record. In my line of work I am often asked to defend decisions I make based on integrit...y and ethics as well as established Federal Regulations. My case was founded on what i thought to be inappropriate behavior by administration. Harassment and discrimination quickly ensued when I refused to violate federal regulations by documenting things that were not true. There were also blatant violations of the Federal Labor laws, including what very much appeared to be retaliation for simply doing my job, and doing it thoroughly per regulatory guidelines. This case quickly became multifaceted because of the complexity of the issues at hand. Frank didn't abandon me, but helped to guide and navigate me in the right direction. Frank always listened and gave me sound advice. He never once questioned my sincerity and he validated how this was truly affecting many aspects of my life. In fact Frank, at one time called and asked me if i could come to his office for an impromptu meeting...the reason he asked me to come down was to talk face to face and express his concern for my well being. That in itself speaks volumes, since it it near impossible to keep most lawyers on the phone for more than several minutes, all the while they are minimizing your feelings and genuine concern for the issues at hand. I thank god that this was not the case with Frank, especially given the emotional state on was in and the very real fear of losing my job for performing only the duties that were asked from me. This case quickly became multifaceted because of the complexity of the issues at hand. Frank didn't abandon me, but helped to guide and navigate me in the right direction. He was very proactive, which I witnessed first hand by sitting in his office while he called several different contacts in an effort to help me facilitate some things that had seemingly come to a halt. Frank was effective in getting my message across and results were delivered based on his calls. Frank is a very down to earth. I find that he is a wonderful person to talk with when you feel the sky is falling. He is always optimistic and sees the glass full. This the type of person that people need when enduring a crisis situation. I trust him wholeheartedly to give me the best advice with each ongoing hurdle we have and will cross. There is never a time that I call frank hysterical about something that he doesn't respond with "what can i do to help?" What would make you feel better right now, you don't deserve to feel this way" He has not only said it, but he has done it. And He is continuing to defend me with confidence against an extremely large corporate company. If you want a lawyer that will listen, tell you exactly how it is, is trustworthy and sympathetic in your time of need, I would recommend Frank to anyone.
