I could not be happier with Frank Housh’s expertise, professionalism, and compassion. After 19 years working at the University at Buffalo - 14 years in University Facilities - upper management decided to suspend me for 10 months without pay pending termination on a fabricated charge of forwarding a c...onfidential email. Never having been in trouble before, I was extremely nervous about the future of my career. My anxiety was at an all time high to say the least. In arbitration proceedings he was nothing short of amazing. He was confident, extremely prepared and his impressive cross-examination of the very first witness collapsed UB’s case in mere minutes. I called Frank regarding a “possible” discrimination case. He took the time to explain the pros, cons, positive and negatives that would be involved moving forward. I was very impressed and genuinely thankful that he took the time that he did with me. Obviously he is committed to his/our/your concern...s. Mr. Housh would not answer his phone or be present in court for my case. He would always try apologize and move away or rush me out of the door when asked on specific details regarding my case.
