Mr. Housh has truly been a blessing. Since our first Sunday meeting (yes he met with me on the weekend!), he has been successful in communicating with the institution on my behalf. I am always amazed by their flexibility and promptness is returning calls. Kirsten is equally wonderful and overall a pl...easure to speak with. Mr. Housh and his staff have a way of making you feel like a member of their family. I am impressed by their genuine concern for my legal issues as well as my overall wellbeing. Mr. Housh was to able to obtain a quick satisfactory resolution for immediate concerns. He continues to work diligently on remaining concerns. I called Frank regarding a “possible” discrimination case. He took the time to explain the pros, cons, positive and negatives that would be involved moving forward. Mr. Housh would not answer his phone or be present in court for my case. He would always try apologize and move away or rush me out of the door when asked on specific details regarding my case. Finding a good lawyer online is difficult; you want someone who will listen to you, someone you can trust, someone who will represent you with passion, confidence and determination. Frank is that someone! He represented myself , as well as 2 other women, in a sexual harassment and discrimination laws...uit against Stellar Dental Care. When I met Frank for our consultation, I was amazed at how intently he listened to what I had to say, how he did not make light of what had happened to me, and how he made me feel at ease so quickly. I had spoken to another lawyer prior to meeting with Frank, and that lawyer made me feel weak, small and unimportant. Knowing I had to testify in front of the people who treated me horribly, the people who allowed the sexual harassment to continue and get worse for months and months, was the most nauseating feeling in the world. BUT, Frank made me feel at ease as soon as I sat in the chair. He is an amazing litigator; he exposed Stellar Dental and their lies. Every witness they called lied about one thing or another, and Frank exposed the lies, over and over! He was nothing short of amazing! I was in awe at how fantastic he was in the court room. He also kept me informed during every step of the process, whether through phone calls, text messages, or emails. We had several meetings at his office, and each time, I left feeling better than I did when I walked in. Frank and his office manager, Christa, really care about their clients. We (myself and the 2 other women) won the lawsuit, and the joy that I heard in both Frank and Christa's voices when I spoke to them after just finding out we had won, was such a great feeling.
