Frank's approach from my first meeting was extremely personal and professional at the same time. I was quickly impressed with his caring demeanor and confident voice. Finding a good lawyer online is difficult; you want someone who will listen to you, someone you can trust, someone who will represent you with passion, confidence and determination. Frank is that someone! He represented myself , as well as 2 other women, in a sexual harassment and discrimination laws...uit against Stellar Dental Care. When I met Frank for our consultation, I was amazed at how intently he listened to what I had to say, how he did not make light of what had happened to me, and how he made me feel at ease so quickly. I had spoken to another lawyer prior to meeting with Frank, and that lawyer made me feel weak, small and unimportant. From the first time I met Frank, I had a feeling that he was going to be a fantastic lawyer, and boy was that feeling spot on!. This lawsuit was very emotionally draining, but Frank was there for me; whether it was me needing an ear to vent to out of frustration, a question I had about the legal process, or making sure I was handling the stress of this process with as much ease as possible. We had to go to trial, and I was a nervous wreck beforehand. Frank took the time to meet with me before the trial, to calm me down, to answer ANY questions I had, and really made me feel confident and strong going into my testimony. Knowing I had to testify in front of the people who treated me horribly, the people who allowed the sexual harassment to continue and get worse for months and months, was the most nauseating feeling in the world. BUT, Frank made me feel at ease as soon as I sat in the chair. He is an amazing litigator; he exposed Stellar Dental and their lies. Every witness they called lied about one thing or another, and Frank exposed the lies, over and over! He was nothing short of amazing! I was in awe at how fantastic he was in the court room. He also kept me informed during every step of the process, whether through phone calls, text messages, or emails. We had several meetings at his office, and each time, I left feeling better than I did when I walked in. Frank and his office manager, Christa, really care about their clients. We (myself and the 2 other women) won the lawsuit, and the joy that I heard in both Frank and Christa's voices when I spoke to them after just finding out we had won, was such a great feeling. Frank is an awesome lawyer. The best part is he isn't in the court room trying to make friends with the other side. He stood for what he believed in. He said what he ment and ment what he said. Doesn't lie to try to butter crap up. He's helped me in many cases and courts and is still my attorney. He... is very polite and showed concerns not only about me but my family and kids. He defenitly try to work around my schedule. He's a good person to have on speed dial lol. I liked when I went in is office his young son was with him. To me that's a dad trying to work but also spend qt with his son every moment. My wife was depressed and he sat her down and told her nothing to worry about. And that he ment it.
