The Best!

I needed to appeal a SSDI decision and my wife and I called Ethan after reading a favorable review on Yelp. At the time I was dealing with extreme anxiety in addition to a progressive neurological disease and I had a hard time just speaking on the phone let alone leaving the house to go to his office... an hour away. Ethan was extremely kind and helpful. He dealt mostly with my wife over the phone with me listening in. He made it possible for us to review, fill out, and sign all paperwork electronically. I never had to leave the house. He filed everything required, of course, and gave us wise counsel when we needed it. We won the appeal and my only regret is that I never got to shake his hand. His price was very reasonable and Ethan was always quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend his services.

A true fighter during a tough part of my life!

Mr. Pham was a true fighter for me and took on most of the meticulous burdens of my SSDI process himself. I was ready to give up altogether until I discovered Mr. Pham. He kept me in check of the realities coming my way, helped me express my health complications in an effective manner, and gave me ...the confidence to continue my fight in something so absurdly complicated it's no wonder people give up in obtaining the assistance they need. Mr. Pham also fought for me in court and did not give up! He made court very comfortable for me and made sure I was reasonably accommodated for my disabilities. He was respectful of my very embarrassing disabilities and kind hearted. He was professional and thorough in every phone call and meeting and made sure I was taking full advantage of all the legal tools available to me before ending our conversations. I am grateful to have found Mr. Pham. I will not hesitate to contact him again if necessary. He was a great comfort to have fighting next to me every step of the way.

Brilliant Lawyer

Ethan Pham is a great lawyer. He is very smart and knows what he's doing. He explained to me everything I needed to know about my case, both the strong parts and the the weaknesses of my case. He is very straight forwarded. He also is a hard worker. I know this because he always kept in touch wi...th me and reviewed every detail of my case. I would trust him again if I ever needed legal help because I know he will do his best to represent me like he did before.

Highly recommend

My disability started in January 2011. I had lower left back pain which affected my left hip down to my ankle. I and my doctor tried everything to correct my problem. I even had back surgery. After being diagnosed that there was nothing that could correct my problem I then decided to file for Disabil...ity in early 2013. I filled out so much paperwork, supplied all documentation from all my doctors, tests results etc.. Fighting with SSA Disability since early 2013 and being rejected over and over again I called legal aid and they referred me to Ethan Pham. He was very professional, understanding and patient with me. I was in a lot of pain when talking to him but he listened and believed in me. Told me everything upfront on the procedures to move forward. We only talked on the phone and faxed documents back and forth since I was disposed. I never met him until I went to court for the hearing. He presented my case before the judge and he won my case. I even was awarded back disability from when my disability started which was in 2011. I never doubted him and did exactly what he said. I believed in him. He is excellent in what he does. Thank you Ethan once again.

Wonderful and professional attorney. The best in the business

Ethan and his office were top notch from the beginning to the conclusion of my claim. When I had questions or concerns about my case, his office was very quick to respond. Often times they were proactive and called me for updates and kept me updated every step of the way. My case presented some chall...enges, but I knew I was in good hands. He prepared me for my hearing and he reviewed he reviewed my files and was also well-prepared. At my hearing he skillfully cross-examined the experts with knowledge and confidence and ultimately got me approved. Ethan cared about me not just as a client but also as a person. He, himself, is a wonderful and caring person. He is an excellent attorney and I am so glad I hired him. It was the best decision I ever made. I am thankful for Ethan and his firm and I highly recommend their services.
