Excellent attorney, highly recommended

We have been in contact with Elena Tsizer for the past couple of years, and her legal advice and the understanding of the individual's needs, goals and the details of the particular situation is at the highest level. Glad I found her.

Elena handled not only my divorce AND got me alimony, but a complicated child support case which originated in another state, and name change as well. Elena is well prepared for court, professional at all times, she keeps her cool and knows the laws. She stuck it out with me through more than 2 yea...rs and we won exactly what I wanted. What else can you ask for?

Finally someone fought for us

My ex-wife and I were divorced in 2004, but she has continued to maintain a regular barrage of legal action over the last nine years, and this includes a motion for modification and a guardianship issue that has taken three years to be heard. My current wife and I had been through two attorneys prior... to finding Howard and his associate Elena Tsizer. We were desperate to find someone who believed in us, and who would actually fight for us. Right away we noticed a huge difference from our previous counsel. Howard and Elena were very attentive, responsive, and they actually cared. Within weeks of hiring them, positive changes began to happen. My ex-wife was denying me visitation with my son. Howard and Elena took action to ensure that I was treated fairly and, most importantly, that I can now spend regular time with my son. At first my ex-wife’s attorneys ignored them, as they usually did, but unlike most attorneys, Howard and Elena are fighters and they do not put up at all with unprofessional behavior. When they say that they take your case personally, they really mean it! The dedication of Howard, Elena, and their paralegal Julie Royle went way above and beyond anything we could have hoped for, and they successfully ended a reign of bullying that had been going on for 9 years. For the first time, Howard and Elena got my story out there in front of the judge. If you are just starting your divorce process or if you’re feeling beaten and you’re ready to give up, you need to hire these people. Having already experienced several attorneys who tell you what you want to hear, yet ultimately do nothing for you—except take your money, give Howard and Elena a try. We almost didn’t believe all of the glowing reviews about Lewis & Leeper on this site. But here we are, writing our own. Howard’s been described in reviews as being a real human being who genuinely cares. We can honestly say that’s true—and the same goes for Elena and Julie. Thank you all for getting my son back into our lives.

Highly recommended

Attorney Tziser was more knowledgeable and prepared than any other lawyer in the room during my bankruptcy procedings. I can't express how satisfied I was with her representation!

One Great Attorney

Elena Tsizer is one of the best attorneys I have met. She is quick to respond, knowledgeable, confident , caring and compassionate. Elena handled an alimony modification for me. It was not a pleasant time for me, but she always made me feel that things would turn out well and they did! And Elena wa...s also very, very accomodating with my time constraints. My schedule is difficult, but I always felt that my time was as valuable as hers. Elena is a real find; use her services and you will not be disappointed.
