Most reassurance I've ever gotten in a legal case

Me and my husband both hired Mr Vanstry after having some very difficult issues with social services. Accusations were made that weren't true and we were having difficulties figuring out the best way to prove them wrong. Mr. VanStry was a huge help to change all that. When your families peace is at r...isk he is the best person I know to help. First things first he is a listener. He pays attention to fine detail and exhibits genuine concern for you and your familys situation. He's attentive and goes above and beyond to answer calls at all reasonable hours. I never felt rushed or pressured like I did with other attorneys I always felt very reassured. His retainer is on the higher side but worth every penny. When my retainer went low he gave polite notice and didn't hound me which really shows that while money is important it is not his first priority. I would recommend Mr. VanStry to anyone without hesitation. He is a fantastic attorney and an over all great person with respectable character. We currently still have him on retainer and receive nothing but good outcomes from him.

Excellent divorce lawyer

Mr. VanStry returned my calls promptly. His legal advocacy was far beyond my wife's attorney who showed up and rarely knew any up to date information about what was happening with our kids. He knew the new provisions of the tax law to protect me down the road. Truly one of Syracuse's best divorce ...attorneys.

One of a kind

I did not use his services yet but I would if needed. He took the time and listened to my problem and gave a lot of good helpful feed back with out asking for money before he talked to me like other lawyers do.

Amazing and professional

I contacted Mr. VanStry to help me with a child support case. I had never gone through it before and I wanted to be sure I did it right. Mr. VanStry helped me with the financial affadavit, walked me through the steps and what to expect in court, and comforted me when I got extremely nervous and ans...wered any questions I had. His representation in court was unlike any I had ever experienced and with me being across the country (I appeared by phone) I trusted that he would get the job done, and he did. Mr. VanStry cares about his clients and it's apparent in the quality work that he does and the friendly nature that he has when we consulted on the phone. Mr. VanStry made sure that everything that needed to be said in court was made clear and that I got what I deserved. I walked away from the matter pleased with the service and will definitely be going back to him should I need more help in the future.
