I simply cannot say enough about Jeremy to adequately describe his competence and ability. He is an extremely hard working and talented attorney and consistently demonstrates a high degree of skill and professionalism. I was satisfied with Mr. Monteiro and found him to be supportive, caring, and responsive to my questions and concerns. This was a difficult case to fight and he gave me the realistic information I needed to make a decision on how to proceed. A settlement was reached and I believe it was the best sett...lement I could of attained given my limited financial resources. I would recommend him to other clients because he was so professional, caring, and supportive to me throughout the process of filing at EEOC, mediation, and settlement agreement. The only criticism I have is I wish he was a little more aggressive in confronting my former employer's legal counsel. My former employer held all the power and knew it and basically got away with wrongful termination and discrimination. This is a process that rarely gets true justice for the wrongfully terminated employee but one should always fight it.
