Highly Skilled, Professional, Unstoppable!

I simply cannot say enough about Jeremy to adequately describe his competence and ability. He is an extremely hard working and talented attorney and consistently demonstrates a high degree of skill and professionalism. I was extremely fortunate to be represented by Jeremy in a very complex dispute ...with my former employer regarding workplace negligence and fraud. Jeremy was neither intimidated nor deterred in any way by the complexity of my case, nor the formidable corporation and well known Defense Contractor we faced as an opponent. Throughout the entire process Jeremy did an excellent job of communicating with me and spent a lot of time making sure to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. He always showed patience and compassion toward my family and me regarding the facts of my case, and although compassionate he remained honest and his personal concern did not distort his opinion regarding the facts, and he therefore consistently provided me with an honest assessment from which to make appropriate decisions regarding my case. Jeremy carefully analyzed the facts surrounding my dispute, extensively researched the specifics of the law which involved several jurisdictions, and crafted a superbly persuasive legal argument that clearly articulated the facts and argued in my favor. My case eventually proceeded to meditation during which Jeremy was instrumental in securing a very substantial settlement on my behalf. I believe he was able to do so by virtue of his relentless work ethic and tireless preparation that enabled him to comprehensively grasp every detail of my case as if he had been in my own shoes. I am extremely grateful to Jeremy for his counsel and representation, and I highly recommend him to anyone who might have an employment related dispute.

American Disabilities Act Discrimination

I was satisfied with Mr. Monteiro and found him to be supportive, caring, and responsive to my questions and concerns. This was a difficult case to fight and he gave me the realistic information I needed to make a decision on how to proceed. A settlement was reached and I believe it was the best sett...lement I could of attained given my limited financial resources. I would recommend him to other clients because he was so professional, caring, and supportive to me throughout the process of filing at EEOC, mediation, and settlement agreement. The only criticism I have is I wish he was a little more aggressive in confronting my former employer's legal counsel. My former employer held all the power and knew it and basically got away with wrongful termination and discrimination. This is a process that rarely gets true justice for the wrongfully terminated employee but one should always fight it.
