Back in September of 2014, I retained the services of Attorney David B. Meuller Esquire to litigate two summary charges against me. He was the second attorney I hired for my case. The first had recommended the firm of Colgan & Associates. Mr. Meuller demonstrated a keen sense of the situati...on, a firm grasp of the issues and an immediate action plan before the close of our first conversation over the phone. I needed help immediately on account of an incorrect and baseless impending bench warrant. Mr. Meuller put that issue to rest before our first face to face meeting. I felt I was in good hands and indeed I was. Before and on the day of the appeal of my case, Mr. Meuller texted me and assured me that he would be there before my arrival at court and, in addition, relayed instructions on where to find him. On the day of my appeal, Mr. Meuller conferred with me prior to the hearing. He said, “I always want to go into court with something in my quiver.” What he had in his quiver made my year. After canvassing all parties and judiciary persons, my case file went from the “later pile” to the “Now Pile”. I was called and appeared before the Judge. The Judge agreed on the terms and set a final appearance date. Mr. Meuller made sure both parties met face to face and we shook hands. Then, privately, Mr. Meuller advised me on a few more things and I left the courthouse an incredibly happy man. Wow! I thought out loud that Jesus Christ could not have done a better job of reconciliation! The final appearance went cleanly and swiftly. I have already relayed to my pastor and many others that if anyone in our congregation needs legal help that they should contact the firm of Colgan & Associates. Mr. Meuller is a most professional attorney and I had the great pleasure of meeting him and having him lead me through a most difficult time. David Mueller obtained the best possible result that my wife and I could have hoped for in our daughter's underage drinking case. He worked with the police officer and the judge to negotiate the charges down to Disorderly Conduct and to have it handle under the ARD program so that she would not have... a guilty charge on her record. We could not be more satisfied.
