My case went on for over 2 years and David mueller was by side the entire time. He went through all the avenues possible and went over all the options with me in detail. Dave was absolutely phenomenal for me, my family and my case. I would give him 10+ stars if possible! My case, like many others, was unique. I was wrongfully charged with a DUI, but I put myself in a *very* bad situation (needing Dave) - looking at a minimum of a year in jail. These are m...y personal experiences with Dave and the courts... Dave did everything that a "typical" attorney might do - make you feel comfortable with the process. He told me about the procedures, the logistics and my personal options. Dave did everything that you would expect from a top attorney. But, Dave did much more... My case was strange in that the prosecutor likely felt that she had a "slam dunk" case against me (based on police reports). Dave and I met several times to discuss the actual truth of what happened. Dave negotiated a good deal with the prosecutor (one that would have kept my job, my house and my family), but I was unhappy that the "deal" seemed way too harsh for not actually committing the crime. The "deal" was for me spend 3 months in jail, and then another 9 months house arrest. I would likely (but knowing law enforcement...) keep my job, but it would be tough on my family. I declined the "deal"... [It was a good deal, but I took a gamble to proceed to trial]. We went to court - the whole jury thing. Not fun, and very , very stressful. Dave was perfect. He laid out the case better than I could imagine (I'm a smart guy, and Dave impressed me! I couldn't have come up with his angles!). Ultimately, the judge almost threw out the case (based on Dave's well-crafted, but true arguments). So, we went to the jury. I cannot begin to communicate how well Dave was prepared for the defense and for final arguments. He crushed it! He was playing chess while the prosecution was playing (not even checkers, but) tiddly-winks. We won - not guilty on all accounts. I keep my family, my house and my job! My family is happy! PS: In a strange way, I started being concerned that the jury was going to bias me for having a "too rich" attorney - meaning that the jury might think that I was rich enough to afford Dave. I'm not a rich guy. Dave was well worth the money, and he portrayed himself as a High $$ guy, when he wasn't. I hope that this helps you understand my personal experience, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dave as a thoughtful and diligent attorney!
