I first met Ed Clay in 2002. He prepared a living trust for me and my now deceased husband in 2002. I like the fact the Ed has annual meetings and offers other seminars throughout the year for trustees and beneficiaries. I trust Ed Clay completely to understand estate laws and keep my living trust up to date with new estate laws. He's a great attorney and a wonderful family man.

Ed led me carefully and effectively through the Family Legacy estate planning process to best accomplish my needs and goals in my retirement years. My assets have been placed to preserve and grow their wealth, and in a manner that they can be passed to the next generation in a protected way.

The plusses and minuses of each path you might chose are explained fully and I believe fairly. I would not hesitate to fully recommend Ed Clay as your estate lawyer.
