We went to Daniella to ask for help to file an adjustment of status to obtain my permanent residency. She's the first immigration lawyer that did not send me home with a large bill and all the information I already knew from my own research on the internet. She is always organized, on top of things, ...thorough with details, provided me with options, answered all my questions and helped us gather the documents we need to send to USCIC. She even came to the interview with us in San Antonio. We were nervous enough going by ourselves, and could not imagine not having her there holding our hands through the whole process. In hindsight, the whole process feels straight forward, but I know for a fact that it only was straight forward because of Daniella's expertise in handling the situation, USCIC and her clients. Excellent attorney for any immigration or family law issues.  I recently completed the process for a fiance visa with the help of Daniella.  The form was very lengthy and complex.  I could not have completed the application with out Daniella's assistance.  I also had piece of mind knowing that the ap...plication would be correct when it was finished.  Daniella was in contact with my fiance throughout the entire application process and had prepared my fiance for the interview.  My fiance's visa was approved with out any issues and I feel that I owe that entirely to Daniella.  During the time Sonia was working on the fiance visa application I had some changes in my previous divorce settlement and Daniella was able to make the changes that I needed.  I would definitely recommend Daniella to any one with immigration or family law issues.

Cuando mi familia y yo decidimos venir a vivir a Estados Unidos sabiamos que necesitariamos la ayuda de un abogado en temas migratorios, al no tener conocidos en Austin, una sociedad de abogados me proporciono el tel. de Daniella, al hablar con ella me dio muy buena impresion, misma que, cuando nos c...onocimos en persona para hablar mas a fondo de nuestro caso, se convirtio en confianza ya que ella nos explico todo paso por paso, punto por punto, muy pacientemente.
