Daniel takes great pride in his Hispanic heritage from Argentina and has spent time living in Panama and Costa Rica. Daniel Graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Arts in: Spanish for the Professions. Daniel is dedicated to providing the local Spanish community the legal representation they deserve in their own language.
Daniel also attended and graduated from William S. Boyd School of Law located on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus. While in law school, Daniel participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic. The client he represented had all criminal charges dismissed during trial.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Daniel continued to develop his trial skills and has now conducted more than twenty felony and misdemeanor trials. He also practices personal injury law.
Daniel has received acquittals (or not guilty verdicts) on trials such as: Battery Domestic Violence, Grand Larceny, and Attempted Murder, and Battery with Deadly Weapon resulting in Substantial Bodily Harm. Daniel is also experienced in prosecuting cases for victims who have been injured in an accident.
