Las Vegas Defense Group was Top Notch!

I cannot thank Nancy and Daniel enough for their help with my sons case with Domestic Battery. His case was denied by the D.A.'S office and they did not proceed with charges. Nancy was in touch with me along the whole way as I was a worried Mother with lots of questions. Daniel gave my son the scen...arios that could happen whether good or bad while being supportive that he would fight hard to help him out. My son has never been in trouble with the law and this was simply a case of self defense. He did nothing wrong other than protect himself. Thank you for your amazing service. Best call I ever made!

Daniel Page

I was falsely charged three months ago on six felony counts. Thus began the darkest period of my life. I called the Las Vegas Defense Group. I hired Mr. Daniel Page as my attorney. He was very helpful and assisted me all the way through my legal defense. Now I am free from In-house Arrest. I highly ...recommend attorney Daniel Page. He was very compassionate and knowledgeable when it came to my criminal defense on all legal matters. I also would like thank Mr. William Simpson, the LVDG lead investigator, who help me on my legal matters. I assure you, no matter how complex your legal case, you can depend on the LVDG. To anyone who needs help for your legal matters, please call LVDG Daniel Page, I highly recommend him.

Awesome

My experience with LVDG left me feeling great. From the beginning, I felt like my relatively minor case was treated as if it were a very serious one. While hanging out at my house, I heard a strange knock at my door. The police informed me that I had been a very serious accident and that they kne...w it was me. I told them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. They told me a tow-truck was on its way to impound my car and I only needed to confess to take care of everything quickly. I continued to tell them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. This took about 3 hours and left me very shaken up. About 2 weeks later, I got a notice in the mail from LVMPD that I was the suspect in a hit and run investigation. This frightened me. How could the police accuse me of this? Are my rights being violated? What’s going on? I knew this was the time to consult a lawyer. I researched the Law Firm that I noticed represented police in previous cases, and that had former police officers on its staff. I knew that this sort of rapport with police would expedite my case, as they would be able to relate to the detective(s) investigating me on mutually understandable terms. Upon meeting with the first of three individuals involved on my case, David Kohlmeier, Case Manager immediately made me feel the full implications of my case. He let me know the potential progress and possible punishments of my case, the benefits of retaining the law firm to protect me, and the cost structure for all of it. Nothing was unclear. He made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about. The next person I met with was In-House Private Investigator - William Simpson who personally investigated on my behalf and spoke to the detective on my behalf to figure out an appropriate time for me to go speak with him, as well as probing for information to give us a clearer understanding of what exactly I was being accused of. After that, I met with my lawyer, and the state completely dropped its case with no tickets or punishments issued whatsoever! Whew! Throughout the experience, all my phone calls were returned with expedience, and everything was explained thoroughly. The diverse backgrounds of the people involved on my case provided a plan that left me feeling like my rights were protected in the way that they should be. I felt like all I had to do was retain them as my legal counsel and let them do the rest. I was supposed to get a huge hit in more ways than one, but LVDG protected me. Thanks LVDG!

Domestic Battery - Dismissed.

I was wrongly accused of Battery Domestic Violence and hired Shouse Law to defend me. The prices were extremely reasonable, out of the three court dates I only had to appear once, for the judge to dismiss the case. Daniel and Shouse Law are recommended.
