I defend all sorts of debt collection lawsuits from credit cards to student loans. I also go after abusive debt collectors who violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Bankruptcy Specialist
Bankruptcy, even Chapter 13, can be a scary thing and Daniel broke it down for me, was responsive to my needs, told me what to expect, was on point with his info, and anticipated the next steps. He made a difficult time way less stressful.
