Goes above and beyond

Rich handled my case perfectly and truly went above and beyond when I didn’t do what I was supposed to and saved me from harsher penalties. He took all the pressure off of me and handled majority on his own without me needing to be present or available and packaged the information I needed to know well so I was aware of my obligations. I had a dui back in 2020 and was placed into the ARD program, he extended court dates when I missed one and surprisingly got me some reprieve. He was communicative as needed and knew the process well. Truly an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer and glad he handled my case.

DUI

Rich is a consummate professional who is genuinely well-versed in his area of law and related processes and procedures. Fantastic lawyer !

I was facing 60 days in jail on second dui... Driving with suspended liscence! Rich saved me !!! I got no jail time !! Rich got my case dismissed ! Great guy! I would give him the highest recommendation for anyone looking for a criminal defense or DUI attorney. Than you Rich!

Fantastic Lawyer!

Mr. Maloumian was great from our first interaction. Understanding that I was a single mother and full-time graduate student, he was willing to work with me financially and kept it affordable for me. He was always on top of communicating with both me and the court system, and took care of everything for me when I was out of town and unable to be present. Expunged

I hired Richard to help me in a matter that I had with a previous employer. The matter was way overblown and my previous employer was really trying to make me suffer. With Richard services I was able to have the matter expunged after paying a fee and making sure to never put myself in a bad situation again. If you're ever in a situation that will negatively affect your life then hire Richard, his experience will get you back to a better place so that you can live your life!

great lawyer

Rich Maloumian is seriously a life saver. He took on my case and me from the beginning he would work everything out. Well in the end he did. Everything worked out better than I had expected and it is all thanks to him. He doesn't beat around the bush and is upfront about what's going on, what he's going to do and what you need to do. This was my first time dealing with a criminal lawyer and although I hope I never have to deal with one again, I would call Rich in a heartbeat if I ever got into trouble again.

would definitely recommend!

I called Rich Maloumian when my boyfriend had gotten into some trouble. Rich immediately jumped on the case. Best in the city!

Richard Maloumian was absolutely the most communicative lawyer I have ever encountered, we were always able to reach him one way or another.
