Biography
I have years of experience in personal injury, workers' compensation and bankruptcy. I graduated from University of California Riverside with a B.A. in Spanish Language and received my J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law. Prior to working for Provinziano & Associates, I worked for Nationwide Insurance’s In-House Defense, where I was featured as one of the top Law Clerks in the entire company. I also worked at Yarra, Kharazi, & Associates, where I was able to practice personal injury, civil litigation, and bankruptcy, under the supervision of the firm's attorneys, as a Certified Law Student.
Upon my return to Los Angeles, I continued my civil litigation and bankruptcy career with the Law Offices of L. Walker Van Antwerp. I then made a change in my career and worked for the Law Offices of Jacob Emrani helping in both the personal injury and workers' compensation departments. My primary focuse was discovery, deposition preparation and law in motion.
My career took another turn, when I worked for Provinziano & Associates. There, I continued my personal injury practice and eventually was transitioned fully into the Family Law department.
Ultimately, I wound up back in personal injury and workers' compensation defense at the Law Offices of Rafael Shpelfogel, where I managed cases from the pre-litigation phase through litigiation.
I then took my experience to Mullen & Filippi, where I returned to my rotos as a Defense Attorney.
