Samantha S. Smith was admitted to the California Bar in 2014 after graduating from California Western School of Law. Prior to joining NM LAW, APC, Ms. Smith practiced mortgage banking, quiet title and real estate litigation, in addition to commercial real estate transactional law. Ms. Smith was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2015.
While in law school, Ms. Smith earned the Academic Excellence Award in Commercial Real Estate Transactions, was the Vice President of the Federalist Society, and gained invaluable experience in business transactional law and estate planning. Ms. Smith, an Orange County Native, graduated from Chapman University in 2011 where she was an active member in the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity and Pre-Law Society.
Samantha's current practice focuses on probate litigation and estate planning.
