Clayton John Wilkinson

I hired Clay less than a month ago, I had issues with a parent abducting my child after a visitation, he kept my child for more than 6 months, without me able to visit my child. Clay was able to get me into court within two days, which is AMAZING. My daughter was returned to me, without further incid...ent. I am glad I was able to hire him. I will continue to hire him, I am a single mother, with out any family living any where near me, and nobody to defend me. Clay defended me and stood up for what was right. I appreciate EVERYTHING he has done. I am so glad I hired him, I would give 10 stars if I could. My child is so glad to be home, and we are now moving on as a family again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After only meeting with Clay Wilkinson once, I hired him as my attorney. From the first day we met I felt comfortable and very positive about him handling my case. I contacted Mr. Wilkinson in regards to a modification of my child support order. My daughter ...was not in a safe, healthy, happy home and I was fighting to get sole custody. Not only was I fighting, but Mr. Wilkinson fought as well. From beginning to end, he was very attentive to my wants, encouraging, determined and hard working. I trusted him 100%, there where things that I wanted to do and he was honest and upfront with me about them if they were not worth asking the judge to grant. If I asked of something that he knew was not likely to be granted he would advise me not to go that route and explain to me so that I could understand why it was not a good choice. Some attorney's would probably take your money and give you everything you ask, knowing it's not worth it...but Clay is NOT like that. What I like the most is that he is responsive. I'm sure he was busy with a lot of other cases but, he provided so much attention, showed dedication and put a lot of his time into my case, I felt as if I was his only client. Every email and phone call I sent, he would answer or respond within minutes. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. Not only did Mr. Wilkinson fight for what I wanted, he went the extra mile and asked for more. Because of him, I now have my daughter home with me.
