Replied last May 26, 2016I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, and I wish there was more time purchased so that I could provide you with complete legal advice that you were looking for. When a client has a circumstance that is specific to them, and one that is moreso in a gray area (as is often the situation with immigration cases), I do not wish to simply hand out a response for the sake of providing a response. My ethical, professional and moral duties go against such practice. In order to be cautious, fair and accurate, research is always conducted on borderline cases, and one must be especially prudent when learning of the client's entire history in a matter of a couple minutes, as more information is usually needed in order to accurately assess a case. I hope this alleviates your concern as to why you may have been on hold, and I would be happy to discuss your experience further should you wish to contact me.
