I started my legal practice in 2012 after passing the California Bar.
I worked for amost 15 years with the Utah department of Human Services/Workforce Services where I worked in the Financial, Medical, and Food Stamp Programs. I worked for 5 years in the Utah Dept of Transportation Human Resource Office as a trainer and supervisor of the Rotational Engineer Program. I serve in the Utah Naitonal Guard and have been in the Guard for over 34 years. I deployed to Macedonia and Iraq.
I referee high school basketball and football.

Good lawyer
If the DOJ is permitted to prevert the rule of law as to deprive people of life, liberty and in the pursuit of happiness in the interests of fiscal law/ or budget concerns then why can't we interpret the law to "strike foul blows" as well?

Replied last September 08, 2021HIPAA has no private right of action. I have no idea how Anti Deficiency Act that deals with funding applies to hospital care. This was based on answering a question on That he didn’t like the answer. Never hired me.never consulted with me.
