Will and Estate Planning was a breeze

My husband and I have one daughter and just bought our first home together--it was finally time for us to write our wills and get our estate in order. Arlene made the process quick and easy. I had initially planned to utilize a lawyer through my work, but after reading reviews for Arlene, we decid...ed to conduct a phone consultation. The reviews did not lead us astray. Arlene is prompt, courteous, and responsive. I imagined the process would take much longer than it actually did, and we were only slowed by ourselves. If you are in need of an excellent Will and Estate attorney, Arlene may be right for you. We will continue to utilize her services in the future (like when we have a second child!).

Arlene went above and beyond to help us with our needs. She prepared wills, power of attorneys, community property agreements and suggested and completed other needs, all within our time constraints. Completely professional and a delight to work with!!

Arlene has been the Best Attorney I could of asked for! She handled my son's Gaurdianship three times so far and never got frustrated with all my questions. She also connected me with another great Attorney for another issue I was having. I know she ...plans to retire and I know I will never find another Attorney with her Class and Professionalism!

Outstanding Probate Lawyer

After my sister’s sudden death, I retained Arlene Joe to assist with the administration of my sister’s will. This was my first time through this process. In addition to being overwhelmed with grief, I was also completely overwhelmed with how to proceed as my sister’s personal representative. Arlene h...as a rare gift of combining deep compassion with professionalism and guided me step by step through a very difficult time with patience, encouragement, and superb expertise. She is highly knowledgable, thorough, very responsive to phone calls and emails and keeps the process moving forward all with warmth and kindness. She is an extraordinary attorney and human being!
