Antonio did not listen to me, made wrong assumptions, was completely unprepared and and failed to prepare me. He promised he fought for father's rights, and after he got his retainer, he claimed he was not going to take a child form his "sweet young mother." The mother who abandoned her child to ru...n off with a truck driver, the mother who prostituted herself and exploited men and exploited my child, the mother who made huge cash for sexual services and spent it all on wild exploits, the mother who beat her child and her mother and me, and never showed any interest in being a mother at all. I had all the texts and emails and witnesses proving without a doubt that she is abusive and dangerous. Every member of her immediate family has disowned her. He didn't tell me we were going to trial until the last minute, and that left me unable to fire him and get a real lawyer. He claimed he never worked for me, he said he only works for himself. He said the trial would last a few hours - it lasted for 3 days. He ruined me financially, he told the judge I was a difficult client when he showed up to pretrial completely unprepared. I needed him to understand how really dangerous this woman was - but he would not listen and therefore did not know how to manage her in court. Thankfully the Judge saw that the woman was a bad mother - the mother admitted it herself. The woman wanted money, she didn't get it. She is very angry about it and takes it out on my child. We ended up with joint custody - which should not have happened had Antonio bothered to really care. He does what he wants to do, not what I hired him to do. After a few back and forth visits, she ran off with my child and I had no idea where she was with my child for months. I got none of my court ordered property - she sold it all, she stole all my money, she kept BOTH vehicles. When she has my child, he is housed in a tiny camper trailer with no physical address, right next to RR tracks and a major hwy with no fencing. My child has no bed and no bedroom. He has to sleep with his mother and her boyfriend and the 2 dogs and live in filth. My child comes to me and has nightmares about going back with his mother. He begs me not to let him go. He screams and fights and bites her when she comes to pick him up. She never picks him up during court-ordered hours - always late at night. My child is constantly beaten by his mother and her boyfriend. They say he is "in their way." He is currently getting psychological help and the child psychiatrist is trying to help save my child. We have to find a real attorney that can do a better job to save a child. Have been working hard to save the money that was wasted on Antonio. No question that there is prejudice against fathers in family court. Antonio did not fight for us. Not even a little bit. He just wants to be the nice guy. He wants everyone to like him. With all the objective evidence - this should have been an easy win. The mother should have had a psych evaluation, the evidence should have been brought to court. My child exists in a living hell because Antonio refused to believe that a women can be dangerous. She steals, she lies, she cheats. She is in all kinds of legal trouble. I am not at all exaggerating. I just hope I can get my child safe until this women gets her life sorted out. I do believe she should visit her son, but with supervision. I hold Antonio responsible for putting my child in harms way and causing me to lose everything. Antonio admitted to me that family law is not his thing.

Antonio sat practically mute in my contempt "hearing" against my former spouse, who has refused to pay ordered medical expenses for our children or to book appropriate plane tickets for their visits. He said nothing while opposing counsel berated me and called me names...It was a circus! Following th...e hearing, which resulted only in my former spouse being ordered to pay some of his backdue expenses, it took three months for the order to be written up. Antonio never sent me a draft. I received a final version which had eight errors, two of which were significant and egregious (of course, in my former spouse's favor) and quite different from what the judge had actually ordered. When I wrote to Antonio to complain and note these issues, he replied brusquely that he never should have taken the case because it was "petty". When I asked why he too it in that case, he promised to refund half of my retainer. While that does not fix the issues going forward with my ex as a result of this bad order, it did help to reassure me that perhaps Antonio's just a bad attorney, but not a dishonest one. However, this was three weeks ago, and he ignored the Zelle request he asked for and has ignored all subsequent requests to issue the refund he promised. Unfortunately, Antonio is not only incompetent at his practice, but is also a dishonest person.

No dia 7 de dezembro de 2019 um domingo me contatei com Dr. Antonio Jimenez. No meu desespero, mediante tudo que estava passando, ele me atendeu em seu consultório e em seguida pediu meus cartões de credito e foi retirando todo o dinheiro possível de todos eles, disse que tudo ia sair bem e que tudo ...ia ser resolvido, eu acreditando nele, estava afligida e muito sofrida. Ele retirou U$10.500 em total dos cartões, disse que U$500 era para pagar a corte, em definitiva e resumindo, não fez o divórcio e com muita dificuldade consegui resgatar U$5000, faltando U$ 5.500. Sem contar que quando comecei a contar o meu problema a ele, ele foi muito grosso comigo e disse que eu tinha que buscar um psicólogo, me tratou muito mal ao telefone, que ele não era psicólogo! Logico, ele já estava de posse do dinheiro. Não recomendo que contratem esse advogado, faço esse review para que outras pessoas não passem pelo mesmo que passei. Ele não deveria trabalhar em advocacia, deveriam retirar sua licença em advogar. O chamei, pedindo meu dinheiro e ele negou, negou, veementemente em devolver o que não é dele. Me sinto estafada, roubada.

Antonio Jiminez lacks the skills and moral capacity that it takes to be an ethical and trustworthy representation. It actually turned me so purple in the face with astonishment when to my surprise he kept my entire $6,000 retainer fee before completing my case. I now work at walmart after I quit my j...ob as a New York City adult entertainer and simply cannot afford this setback. I will be reaching out to the bar association regarding this matter.
