Amar S. Weisman was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland in the community of Towson. A true native, he attended the Boys’ Latin school of Maryland for Lower, Middle, and High school.
Mr. Weisman pursued his undergraduate education at Emory University and Georgetown University where he graduated with a degree in government in 2003.
With an eye toward home, Mr. Weisman attended law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law where he participated in the family law clinic.
In 2007, Mr. Weisman launched the Law Offices of Amar S. Weisman, LLC in Towson.
During the course of his career, he has represented hundreds of individuals in the variety of family law matters. These include uncontested divorces, simple child custody disputes, to the most complex multi-million dollar disputes.
Today, Mr. Weisman attributes the success of his law firm to a commitment to technical excellence, client service, and a knowledge of the law that allows him to present the client's best case in the most effective and efficient manner possible. His experience in Family and Domestic Law is supplemented by work he has undertaken in the fields of criminal law, real estate law, as well as matters regarding trusts and estates.
