I still get emotional thinking about the year and a half of hell and turmoil we went through after hiring Antonio Jimenez. At the time of hire he was offering a “flat fee service” of $6000. He even played on the sympathy of being a Veteran also and assured us the case was difficult but he was experie...nced. His communication was nonexistent and his attitude was harsh and dismissive. The motions he filed lacked the knowledge of an experienced attorney and were never granted. The stress and anxiety was so high we had to cut our losses and hire another attorney who was competent and effective. We negotiated “so we thought” 1/3 of the “flat fee” we paid him to be refunded which was over a year ago and NEVER received any kind of compensation. We have filed a complaint with the Bar Association as we have evidence of past communications of his poor service and are awaiting a decision. When a family is broken, in pain and seek your professional guidance that is NOT an opportunity to exploit them for monetary gain. We were treated poorly and I Pray Justice is severed as the disgust I feel for this attorney is beyond measure!!!

This motion eliminated all arrearages and zeroed my account with the Central Depository, set aside any judgements and stopped any enforcement proceedings.
