Reopen deportation case
I had an inabsentia deportation order and I hired Adan Vega’s law office to assist me to reopen the case. “This was a paid consultation with few options. Afterward, a document was signed declining my legal services. After they left, I was able to find a solution and contacted them with the option. They agreed to retain/pay but then did not contact me for 17 months. They then demanded I provide my work product for free and filed a complaint. The state bar deemed that a relationship existed and I had to provide my work product for free. My office never received compensation from them.”
