Eric is absolutely amazing. From my first phone call I felt respected and that my case was truly a priority! I contacted Eric after being arrested for DUI. I was new to the Tri Cities at the time and he came highly recommended from a friend. I then met with him to go over all the details of my arrest. Eric is very approachable and was able to answer all of my questions. The first part of the process was... to fight the DOL (Department of Licensing). Eric was very timely in filling out all paperwork and getting everything over to the DOL. After a short wait we found out we won the case with the DOL. VICTORY #1. The next piece was to fight the actual DUI in the courtroom. The state was reluctant to give me any kind of deal as I refused the breathalyzer at the time of arrest and they had a blood draw that resulted in being over the legal limit. Since there was going to be no deal we decided going to trial would be the best option. After a full day of trial Eric was able to get the case dismissed. VICTORY #2.
