Brian was raised in Pasco and graduated from Pasco High School in 1993. He attended Washington State University and graduated with a B.A. in History/Education. Brian found a great deal of satisfaction serving the community as a public school teacher at Southridge High School. He enjoyed teaching US Government, US History, advising the National Honor Society and coaching Boys Basketball. After a ten year career in education and many fond memories, Brian left the area to attend Michigan State University College of Law where he excelled academically and served as President of his class. Brian was eventually hired by MSU Law as the Associate Director of Alumni Engagement.
While in law school, Brian excelled in trial advocacy, winning local trial competitions and placing in multiple regional and national competitions. He was selected for enrollment in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, a two year long integrated academic program that focused on trial advocacy. In this capacity, he was awarded the Walter E. Oberer Trial Practice Institute Scholarship due to his trial advocacy skills.
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife April & two children, and many of his old teaching friends. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time on the river with his family.

My family had a complicated issue regarding TEDRA enforcement. I was repeatedly surprised by his willingness to communicate with us and not just a quick response but by explaining things as we went along. A few short minutes with him and you'll see that he's an honest, humble and honorable man with a...

Brian was very helpful in helping us acquire real estate in Washington while we were located out of state. Great communication, made our complicated legal situation easy to understand, and best of all resolved it quickly.
"Brian is a very talented lawyer and advocate for his clients. He takes pride in work and produces excellent results!"
"Brian Davis is an intelligent, thoughtful and effective trial attorney that you can count on to work hard and produce results. I endorse Brian Davis."
"Brian is one of the smartest, most hard working attorneys that I know, anywhere in the country! I am honored to call him a friend and colleague, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal representation in the great state of Washington."
"Brian Davis is a great attorney to work with. Brian possesses vast knowledge and skill and has an enthusiasm for the law that is both admirable and refreshing. Brian is always responsive, is a hard worker, and is very reliable. I would recommend Brian Davis to anyone seeking a litigation attorney in the Washington area."
"I highly recommend and endorse this lawyer. Brian is a sharp, knowledgeable litigation attorney who goes the extra mile for his clients."
"I first became acquainted with Brian when he was teaching at the high school my children attended. He was highly respected by his students and peers. Brian brings similar skill, devotion and caring to his legal work. A second-generation lawyer, Brian follows in the footsteps of his father's integrity. While a strong advocate for his clients, he nonetheless has the old school collegiality that is so important in our system of justice."
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian is professional, hard-working and very personable. It is so important in his field to connect with people and connect with clients to tell their stories and advocate for them, and he has that skill and puts it to work for all his clients. He is a great choice for clients looking for a staunch advocate in personal injury."
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian subbed in for an attorney on a hotly contested matter. Although he had a short period to become familiar with the file, it was obvious that he was and is a diligent and capable advocate for his clients."
