My practice is devoted to immigration law, and to uniting families and keeping them united. 

 

I am first generation Mexican American. My parents were both born in Michoacán, Mexico and came to the United States in the early 1970’s. They were beneficiaries of our immigration laws. They are two of the most hard-working individuals I know. They taught me to work hard, help others, and most of all, to be humble.

 

I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University, and subsequently obtained a Juris Doctor from the Univeristy of Idaho - College of Law.  I have been practicing immigration law since 2010.

Great Lawyer
We had lost hope and were planning on our family to be separated for sometime. I don't know how Alva did it but she overturned a bad decision we had received to the best news ever. My husband was able to stay and only have to leave the country for a week. She walked us through the process and was available for us at all times. This was a year ago. Now my husband is in the process of buying a home. Thank you Alva for keeping our family together!!

Great job
We hired Alva for my wife and step sons immigration. By following her advice the procedings went smoothly. Gabriela kept us informed and responded to our questions quickly. We are very pleased with the results. We highly recomend them.

The best attorney of Pasco (Alva Guizar)
Alva Guizar is an extremely great immigration attorney. She had a great team assiting her as well that made the process so smooth and painless. I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone who is in need of immigration legal advice. Excellent service
Alva was always helpful. From the very beginning, she laid out the information that would be needed to get my case done, and she never left out any details. We never had to wait longer than five minutes to resume the work from a previous appointment because she was always ready to get to work. Any questions that we ever had, she had an answer to, and she always encouraged us to contact her through phone or e-mail if we had an inquiry at any other time. She is timely, organized, and always ready to work. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an immigration lawyer.
