Biography
Eric Eisinger is an experienced trial attorney with over 15 years of litigation experience. Eric has handled thousands of cases and tried more than sixty-five cases to a jury in a variety of practice areas including DUI, criminal law, personal injury, breach of contract, and employment law.
Eric goes out of his way to make himself accessible to his clients. He strives for the best possible result for each client and has helped many clients navigate through the litigation process to successful outcomes.
Eric is a partner with Walker Heye Meehan & Eisinger, PLLC in Richland, WA. He was a prosecutor for more than six years before going into private practice. Eric graduated summa cum laude from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in 1999 and obtained his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2003. Eric was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2003.

Facing 2nd DUI Charge
I was facing 2nd DUI charge and Eric got my DUI dismissed. I highly recommend him if you're facing a DUI charge! Eric is very professional and knowledgeable at what he does. He took over the whole case and I had nothing to worry about.
