What can you expect?
- You can expect an attorney that is actively searching for cutting-edge defenses that win. Some attorneys have relied on old ways year after year and then advertise their wealth of experience. Experience is only one factor in achieving clients' goals. To get that extra edge I attend classes around the state that include the latest on the Draeger breathalyzer now being implemented all over the state for DUI cases. I have even attended a forensic toxicology course taught by an expert Toxologist to get that extra edge. In short, some attorneys dabble in criminal law. I have had hundreds of cases in just criminal law. I don't just dabble in court once a year and call my self a trial lawyer. I have been in court almost every week since I opened the doors to my business.
- You can also expect to fully understand the process of what is going to happen in your case. I do this by implementing a case strategy early on. I often hear people say they went to court and their attorney didn't do anything. That won't happen because after case strategy is implemented you will be updated on milestones reached. Not only will you be updated, you can just shoot me an email and I will tell you what is happening next.
- Lastly, I won't try to scare you into hiring me. I always say if I have to convince you I am not for you. I will explain the legal process in a simple way so that you can put your mind at ease. Ultimately, that is my goal. My representation is not just that piece of paper that you watched me hand the judge. It is about putting your mind at ease so you can enjoy your family, keep your job, and move on from this situation.
About me
- I grew up in Yakima, WA. I joined the United States Air Force as a TACP from 2005-2009. As a TACP in the USAF, I was a member of a two-man team working with the 82nd airborne, directing close air support firepower toward enemy targets. I deployed for almost a year to Iraq in 2007, and subsequently finished my four years stationed in North Carolina. Notable awards include two Army Commendation medals, one Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Air Force Combat Action Medal.
- After the military, I attended Central Washington University where I double majored in Sociology and Law Justice. I then went to the University of Idaho School of Law. While there I grew my love for the law. During my law school years, I am most proud of starting the Veterans Law Association, which focused on veterans rights and giving those students transitioning from military life back to school a group to connect with.
- I have a passion to help my brothers in arms (veterans), and I take special pride in helping people that need a tough lawyer that knows second place is not good enough for your case.

Great consultant
