In his system, the client is given a basic estate plan as a starting point and through repeated visits and online correspondence, the plan is tailored to the client’s specific needs and desires. We feel that our final trust product, which includes several documents, nicely addresses the distribution of our assets, states our medical and death wishes, and meets all Idaho and federal legal requirements. This was accomplished for a flat fee that, in our experience, was very competitive.
