Samuel Perry Swanberg

I hired Sam for my divorce case. I was young, scared and naive. Sam took the time to sit down with me and talk about what I could expect. He guided me through the experience. One thing I valued was he sat across from me in a chair, not behind a desk. This showed me that he was on my level and that he... cared about me and my situation. I was not another "case" to him. The other thing I really liked about Sam and this speaks to his character; as a young person going through a divorce with all the emotions that come along with that when I wanted to make decisions based on my emotions he reminded me to be fair. He reminded me to make decisions that were best for my child and fair to both parties. Other attorneys would seek to stir the pot to drag out the case to increase their income. Sam honest and direct with me which I appreciated. If your looking for someone to represent you and help guide you through the most difficult times in your life I would recommend Sam.

My wife and I had an issue we were trying to resolve. We went to Sam asking for help. There was no question of his ability or integrity. While talking to him he showed genuine concern and was very helpful to say the least. The problem was placed into his hands and that's the last time I worried about... it. Sam Swanberg is a capable attorney and a quality man. Sam was recommended to me after an out of town attorney put me in an adverse position with the prosecuting attorney in a criminal case.
