Mr. Swanberg is a skilled attorney who is very candid and straightforward. I went to Sam for legal advice prior to hiring him in my custody/relocation case, and he gave me very helpful advice as to what was possible, what was advisable, and what was a waste of time/money, which I appreciated. Sam...'s arguments in front of the judge were on-point, direct and persuasive. He took every opportunity to get the point across and to reemphasize the most critical arguments. Sam seemed especially knowledgeable about family law and what particular evidence or burdens that needed to be met to get the result I wanted.
