In retired from practice in 2021 and in June 2022 in voluntarily resigned my license with the Bar.
Every day I get to come to an office and work with great people doing what I love to do. My professional life is very satisfying, but it's not everything. I'm happily married (40 years as of 2019), with six children and nineteen grandchildren. I garden with conifers, perennials, fruit and vegetables. I have volunteered at my church and in the BSA. My time as a member of the Kennewick City Planning Commission including a term as its chairman taught me much about the City I live in. Three years on the Discipinary Board of the Washington State Bar Association allowed me to learn from great fellow lawyers and citizen members who were examples of great public servants. I am grateful to live in the Northwest and the Tri-Cities.

He listened carefully to my real estate law problem and gave a clear and helpful response. Worked out some paperwork for me in hours not days and was very thorough. I felt like he understood what I needed and helped guide me through the process. I highly recommend him!

Eric incorporates integrity with moral soundness in his professional field of legal advice. His honor and honesty blends and merges with his expertise and experience.
"Eric is always the first attorney I turn to when I have a question about landlord-tenant law or any kind of real estate transaction. He has a real talent for getting all parties on the same page so that a deal can be closed as quickly and efficiently as possible. The real estate law knowledge that he has acquired over the years is impressive, and there is no questioning his honesty and integrity."
"Eric is an excellent, thorough attorney. I refer all real estate matters to him. The people I refer to Eric uniformly get back to me and let me know what a great job he did for them. I give him my highest recommendation."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Eric as a colleague for the past 20 years. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and wise. He always does an excellent job representing his clients."
